Ashley A. López Velázquez completed a master's degree in Psychological Counseling at the Carlos Albizu University in San Juan in 2015. Currently, she is pursuing doctoral studies in the Combined and Integrated Psy.D program in Clinical Psychology / Psychological Counseling at La Universidad Interamericana Recinto Metropolitano. In addition, she is licensed under the Puerto Rico Board of Examiners of Psychologists to provide mental health services.

 

During her professional career she has worked in different settings such as: psychiatric hospitals, multidisciplinary health clinics and community centers. Currently, she offers individual therapy services for adults and youths. In addition, psychometric, psychological and psychoeducational evaluations.  

 

Ashley A. López's mission is to help each patient develop healthy coping strategies to achieve a state of emotional, psychological and behavioral well-being.
